Brand New Stop in EMOP III
After two previous successful seasons, details of the European Masters of Poker season three has been announced with stops at some of Europe’s best poker destinations.
Recently the European Masters of Poker announced details of their third season of the pan-European tour. Over the coming year the EMOP will stop in six cities across Europe including a new destination in Dublin, Ireland.
The EMOP is a live poker tournament series which has run across Europe for the past two years. The idea of the tour is to give the recreational player a chance to experience a big international poker tournament with affordable buy-ins. The EMOP operates with some of the best casinos across Europe with the aim of leaving participants with memories that they shall never forget. All the partners in the EMOP have committed to sending at least 200 participants to each event, which means that there are loads of opportunities to take part.
The first stop of the tour takes place from January 20th – 23rd at Gran Canaria, Canary Islands. Then, from March 23rd to 26th, they shall be in Lisbon, Portugal, June 2nd – 5th in Tallinn, Estonia, July 28th – 31st in Dublin, Ireland. They have stops in September and November to be confirmed in Malta and Barcelona respectively.
The EMOP is a subsidiary of the Entraction Group and the product director at Entraction, Christer Larsson, said that they are “thrilled” to be launching a third season of the tour. He said that in very little time the tour has become both “highly respected and popular” and the company is very proud. Each year brings more players, bigger prizes and some of the best destinations in Europe for a world class poker experience.
There are regular satellites for all the stops running on the Entraction network poker sites which include 24hPoker.com, C4A.com, NoIQPoker.com, Pokerihuone.com and Pokerdassi.com with buy-ins starting as low as EUR2.
There are 24 daily satellites which feed the main weekly qualifiers. Qualifiers take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 20:40 CEP. Each qualifier has between 4 and 6 packages to be won.
Players who take part in any of the main events of the EMOP III will be able to enjoy their new and improved tournament structure. They have introduced some new levels such as 150 – 300 with a 25 ante and 1200 – 2400 with a 300 ante.
They have also improved the distribution of points for the EMOP leader board and now every month during the season the EMOP Online will be running.
